At The Pixel Wolf, all products are made to order, specifically produced for each customer. This model allows us to avoid overproduction and create pieces with intention.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

In accordance with European Union regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

 

Defective products or manufacturing errors

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order at:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and the defect

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a refund, as appropriate.
